In the event that any work performed by AlamoWeb Solutions, is found to be defective due to fault of AlamoWeb Solutions or for other reasons, AlamoWeb Solutions's liability shall be limited to the refund of the moneys Customer paid to AlamoWeb Solutions. Customer expressly disclaims and waives the right to any additional damages including, without limitation, direct, consequential, punitive, or any other kind of damages.

5. Users Obligations and Conduct
Customers that choose to be responsibley for website maintenance, are fully responsible for any changes or additions to their website. As such, AlamoWeb Solutions does not control any changes to the original content, and does not guarantee the accuracy or quality of such content and cannot be held responsible for it. Use of these website editing services is subject to all applicable local, state, national and international laws and regulations as well as to internet-specific policies and procedures.Customers agree to:
(i) not to use the service for illegal purposes;
(ii) not to publish any material that is unlawful, harassing, abusive, threatening, offensive, vulgar, obscene, harmful, libelous, invasive of another's privacy or constitutes an infringement of third party intellectual property rights.

AlamoWeb Solutions owns the unique combination of these elements that constitutes a complete design. This design is licensed to the customer, exclusively and cannot be transferred to another company or person without the consent of AlamoWeb Solutions.
